Cassation and High Court Prosecution
The High Court of Justice Prosecution: This prosecution is specialized in administrative decisions regarding civil servants and individuals requesting the annulment of administrative decisions that affect their legal position. Additionally, it is specialized in following up on appeals filed by judges against decisions that affect their position or any matter of concerning them taken by administrative bodies. It also represents the government before the High Court in its capacity as Constitutional Court when the laws and regulations issued by the State are challenged (appeals on them being unconstitutional) or any matters within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court.
The Cassation Court Prosecution: This prosecution is specialized in representing the Public Prosecution in following up on penal (misdemeanors and felonies) and civil cases before the Cassation Court, whether the appeal was for or against prosecution.
