The Public Prosecution Lunches a Unified Procedures Manual on Violence against Women.

The Public Prosecution has launched a unified procedure manual for dealing with cases related to violence against women in cooperation with the justice sector parties and in partnership with the UN Women through Sawasya II project, in the presence of H.E the Attorney General Mr. Akram Alkhatib, the Chairman of the High Judicial Council Mr. Imad Saleem, the Minister of Women's Affairs Mrs.Amal Hamad, the Minister of Social Affairs Mr.Ahmed Majdalani, the Director General Assistant of the Palestinian Police for Criminal Researches Mr. Muhammad Taim, the Palestinian Non- Governmental Organization Against Domestic Violence Against Women (Al- Muntada) Mrs.Sabah Salameh, and the Special Representative of the United Nations in Palestine Ms. Maryse Guimond.

“Digital Evidences: between the Investigation Requirements and Human Rights”

Under the high patronage of His Excellency, Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine, the Public Prosecution Office, in cooperation with the Turkish Public Prosecution, has held its ninth annual conference between 11 and 13 April 2019 under the title "Digital Evidences: Between Investigations Requirements and Human Rights", with the participation and attendance of 45 international delegations from 22 countries.

The Palestinian Public Prosecution has launched its Ninth Annual Conference – Palestinian and Turkish Joint Conference 20019 under the title "Digital Evidences within the Context of the Requirements of Investigation and Human Rights ".

Sharaka Project

CIDA and the Canadian Department of Justice developed a comprehensive five year project to support and promote the Public Prosecution Services. Sharaka project depends on Canadian expertise and leadership to bridge the gap in international aid aiming at supporting the Palestinian judicial sector.

Mateen Project

Mateen project focuses mainly on developing selected public prosecution offices in six districts; Nablus, Jericho, Tulkarem, Qalqilia, Dura and Hebron in the technical aspect of their work, developing and automating case management at these offices, as well as training and developing the capacity of prosecutors and administrative staff.

Swedish Grant

The Swedish representative provided a grant during the years 2009 and 2010 to support the urgent needs of the justice sector institutions: the Public Prosecution, the High Judicial Council and the Ministry of Justice.

Justice Sector Assistance Project JSAP

This project is funded by the US Department of State. In its first phase, the project focused on supporting the public prosecution offices to increase their efficiency in prosecuting through providing advice, guidance, training and equipment.
