His Excellency Mr.Akram AlKhatib has received a delegation from the Public Prosecution of the Federal Republic of Russia represented by the head of the delegation, First Deputy of the Head of the General Department of Criminal Judicial Affairs Mrs. Yuliya Shikhavetoshova, in the presence of the Russian representative in the State of Palestine, His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Gucha Poachidze, with a number of Palestinian Assistant Attorney Generals, for the aim of activating a signed memorandum of understanding and exchanging experience between the Palestinian Public Prosecution and the Public Prosecution of the Federal Republic of Russia.
CIDA and the Canadian Department of Justice developed a comprehensive five year project to support and promote the Public Prosecution Services. Sharaka project depends on Canadian expertise and leadership to bridge the gap in international aid aiming at supporting the Palestinian judicial sector.
